I am currently providing evaluation and assessment, medication management, brief supportive therapy, CBT for insomnia and therapy designed for patients experiencing bipolar disorder. I refer to a network of colleagues if other treatment modalities are indicated or requested.

I am able to treat adult patients 18 years and older.

We are currently able to accept Pacific Source (Commercial), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Providence, Cigna, First Choice and Aetna. We are in the process of being paneled for United Health.

We are unable to accept new OHP patients at this time.

Patients with insurance: We will be able to verify coverage with your insurance and give you an estimate of your co-pay prior to your first appointment.

Please be advised as with any medical provider you will be responsible for the cost of the appointment if insurance is unwilling to reimburse for any services rendered.

Cash Pay: The cost of an appointment varies between 100 $ and 450 $ depending on the type and length of appt.

A list rates can be provided at your request

Cash or check at time of service if you are not utilizing insurance.

If we are billing insurance we can inform you of the monthly sum of your co-payments or you can pay per visit.
